If there is damage from shipping, please contact the shipper (USPS or UPS). We will properly package your items, but are unable to control what happens once your item is with the shipper.
As our items are handmade, it is very rare to make identical items. Every effort is made to duplicate designs, but there may be differences in the swirl of the paint, blemishes, or other variations which add to the uniqueness of your item. Stray glitter is our nemesis and although we make every effort to keep it away from non-glittered items, one speck sometimes makes it way into the design and becomes your item’s birthmark.
